In short: preview for free before you pay. Once your invitation is published it’s delivered instantly, so it isn’t refundable, but you can edit it free forever. If a payment goes wrong, we’ll put it right.
1Try before you pay
You can fill in every detail and see your invitation in the live preview without paying anything. Payment is taken only when you choose to publish.
2Cancellation
- Before payment: you can stop at any time. Nothing is charged.
- After publishing: the order is complete and can’t be cancelled for a refund. You can still change every detail free of charge, or ask us to take your invitation offline.
3Refunds
Because your invitation is a digital product delivered the moment payment succeeds, payments are not refundable once your invitation is published, except in these cases, where we will refund you in full:
- You were charged but your invitation was not published, and we can’t publish it within 48 hours of your request.
- You were charged more than once for the same invitation. We refund the extra payments.
- A technical fault on our side stops your invitation from opening, and we can’t fix it within 72 hours of your report.
4How to ask for a refund
Email hello@vbookstudio.com within 7 days of payment, with your invitation link (if you have one) and your Razorpay payment ID from your payment receipt. We reply within 2 business days.
5When you’ll receive it
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
