2The service
We provide animated digital wedding invitations. You enter your details in our online editor, preview your invitation for free, and pay to publish it. Once published, your invitation is available at a unique web link that you can share with your guests. We do not print or ship physical products.
3Price and payment
- The price to publish one invitation is ₹999, payable once. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your invitation is published only after your payment is confirmed.
- We may change our prices in future. Changes never affect invitations you have already paid for.
4Your invitation and your content
- You are responsible for the details you enter, including names, dates, venues and addresses, and for making sure they are accurate.
- You must have the right to share the information you enter, including the names of family members.
- You must not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or offensive. We may remove an invitation that breaks these terms.
- You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store and display it only to provide your invitation.
5Your private edit link
After payment you receive a private edit link. Anyone who has it can change your invitation, so keep it safe and do not share it. You can edit your invitation as often as you like at no extra cost.
6Availability
We aim to keep your invitation online and working at all times, and for at least one year after your wedding date. Occasional interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control may happen. The design, animation and software of The Royal Invitation by Vbook Studio remain our property.
7Refunds and cancellations
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8Limitation of liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an invitation is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect details entered by you, or by a guest being unable to open a link because of their own device or connection.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
